The Summer of Separation Performance Program at TWGV combines basketball skills training and strength development into one complete system. Athletes train the same way high-level programs operate: building the strength, movement, and basketball ability needed to perform at a higher level.

Our goal is simple: Develop athletes who are Basketball strong, Mentally & Physically

Players don’t just work on skills. They train their body, movement patterns, and basketball decision-making together so their improvement actually shows up in games.

  • Sessions usually begin with a dynamic warm-up and movement preparation to activate the body and reinforce proper movement patterns.

    From there, athletes move into skill development, working on ball handling, scoring moves, footwork, and game-specific situations that translate directly to live play.

    For athletes in the Strength & Performance or Combo tiers, training also includes weight room work focused on building strength, explosiveness, and durability through structured lifts and athletic performance drills.

    Each session finishes with competitive reps or conditioning, reinforcing game speed, focus, and effort.

  • No. All strength sessions are fully coached and structured to teach proper technique and movement. Athletes are progressed safely while learning how to train like high level players.

  • S.O.S is designed for middle school, high school, and serious elite/pro athletes who want to improve their basketball ability while also developing the strength and athleticism needed to compete at a higher level.

  • Our staff is certified in CPR and first aid, and we maintain a low camper-to-coach ratio for close supervision. We also follow safety protocols for heat, hydration, and equipment use.

  • We have indoor facilities and alternate activities planned in case of rain or extreme heat. We’ll communicate any schedule changes via email or text to parents as early as possible.

  • TWGV focuses on developing the complete athlete. Our training environment emphasizes discipline, attention to detail, and consistent effort, helping athletes improve their game while also developing the mindset needed to succeed long-term.
