Skills Training
Private Sessions
A fully individualized session designed to focus solely on you and your game. Every rep, drill, and detail is tailored to your skill level, position, and goals. With no distractions, you’ll get direct feedback, high-quality reps, and the accountability needed to sharpen your strengths while addressing weaknesses. These sessions maximize efficiency and attention to detail, giving you the edge to translate skills from training directly into game play.
Group Sessions
Open group session (max 6 athletes) focused on skill development, game-like reps, and competition. Athletes of all levels get quality work while pushing each other in a high-energy environment. Each session challenges players to grow, sharpen fundamentals, and apply skills under pressure.

A personalized strength and performance session built around your body, sport, and goals. Every lift, movement, and progression is tailored specifically to you, ensuring proper form, safe execution, and maximum results. With direct coaching and hands-on feedback, you’ll build strength, improve mobility, and develop the physical tools needed to perform at a higher level.

Jalen Addison
FOUNDER
Jalen Addison is the founder of TWGV (The Work Gone Vouch) and a trainer dedicated to building both the person and the player. After a 5-year college career, earning multiple All-Conference, All-Tournament & Record Breaking accolades, he continued his career as a professional athlete, experiencing countries like Mexico, Bosnia & Spain. Jalen brings firsthand experience of what it takes to compete at the highest levels.
His journey — from overlooked role player to professional scorer — shapes his training philosophy: discipline, faith, and consistency are the real difference makers.

Brad Newman
CO-FOUNDER + TRAINER
Experience:
A four-year starter, Brad began his college career at Eastern Arizona College before transferring to Lindenwood University, where he became an All-Conference player. After college, he continued his basketball career professionally, competing in Spain, Germany, and Azerbaijan in the Middle East.
Brad’s philosophy is simple yet powerful: “The work you put in will always vouch—whether that’s good or bad.” Coming from a background of being undersized, under-recruited, and considered unathletic, Brad relied on his relentless work ethic as his true talent.That determination not only propelled him to the next level but also fuels his passion for helping others do the same.
Through TWGV Training, Brad provides athletes with more than just skill development—he offers the knowledge, mentality, and perspective of someone who has lived the grind and beat the odds. Julien Addison brings a wealth of experience as both a player and a coach. After a 4-year college career, he transitioned into pro skill development and has coached at both the high school and college levels.
